摘　　要：责任编辑需要具备相应的素质,避免粗制滥造的学术论文占据大量的学术资源,从而顺利、有效开展出版工作,提高期刊的学术质量及学术影响。学术期刊责任编辑的相应素质可以归纳为思想素质及业务素质:思想素质需具备政治思想素质、创新思想意识、质量思想意识及编辑开放意识;业务素质需具备维护良好的学术风气、学术规范的能力、专业学术研究的水平及肩负培养新人的责任。In order to smoothly and effectively carrying out the publishing work as well as to improve the academic quality and influence of journals, editors need to possess the corresponding qualities and shoulder the responsibilities of avoiding shoddy academic papers to take up academic resources. The corresponding qualities of academic journal editors can be summarized as ideological quality and professional quality： for the former, they should acquire ideological and political quality, innovation ideology, quality ideology and open consciousness; for the latter, they are supposed to possess the quality of maintaining a good academic atmosphere, the ability of academic norms, higher academic research level and the ability to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating newcomers.
