摘 要:为促进奉节烟区土壤合理施肥和改善烟叶品质,采用土壤和烟叶样品对应取样方法,研究奉节烟区土壤养分状况及其与烟叶化学成分的关系。结果表明:奉节烟区土壤pH总体适宜,有机质、碱解氮和速效磷含量较高,速效钾含量较低,中微量营养元素含量丰富;烟叶烟碱含量略低,蛋白质含量和总糖含量较高,两糖比较低;土壤碱解氮、有机质、锰、锌等指标与烟叶化学成分存在相关性,尤其碱解氮与烟叶蛋白质含量相关性较强。在当前的土壤条件下,建议烟区施肥实行控氮、稳磷、提钾的养分供给方案。To promote rational fertilization and improve quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the soil samples and corresponding flue-cured tobacco leaves were collected to investigate the soil nutrient status and its relationship with chemical components of flue cured tobacco leaves in Fengjie production area. Results: The soil pH was appropriate for tobacco planting in mail area of Fengjie, and the main features of soil nutrients were high content of organic matter, available N, available P and medium trace element, and low content of available K. The main features of chemical components in tobacco leaves were as follows, nicotine content was relatively low, and protein content was relatively high, and the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar was low. There was a relationship between available N, organic matter, Mn, Zn content in soil and chemical components in leaf tobacco, especially the relationship between available N in soil and protein content in leaf tobacco. A fertilizing scheme of controlling N, maintaining P and increasing K was recommended in Fengjie production area.
