摘　　要：鉴于超仿棉纤维具有手感柔软、亲水性良好及常温染色等特性,用超仿棉纤维代替棉或黏胶纤维,解决超仿棉纤维在纺纱、织造、染整过程中的加工难点及PU革基布生产中长期存在的异纤、棉结等问题,提高了PU革基布的品质,降低了生产成本。In consideration of properties of super imitation cotton fibers like soft touch, good absorption and dyeing at room temperature and so on, the super imitation cotton fibers were used to replace cotton or viscose fibers, and the difficulties in processes of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing of the super imitation cotton fibers as well as foreign materials and neps exsisting longly in producing PU leather substrates were solved, which improved the quality of PU leather substrates and reduced the production cost.
