孝伦理重构与老龄化的应对

摘　　要：老龄政策的制定和运行应该有明晰的价值理念和完整的伦理体系做支撑,在此基础上,相关老龄政策才能更好地发挥效能,基于这种认识,以孝伦理的动态演化为主要考察线索,讨论了目前家庭养老功能不断弱化和传统孝伦理衰微的主要原因以及对老龄化应对的挑战。针对这些问题,提出了以更全面视野审视老龄化、用不同方式营造有利于孝文化重构的文化氛围、在现代语境下为孝伦理赋予新的时代内涵、通过多种途径让孝伦理渗透到生活的各个层面等应对策略。In the process of the formulation and operation of public policies to cope with aging population,there should be clear value idea and holistic ethical system so that relevant policies will have better effectiveness. This paper takes a dynamic evolutional review of the traditional ethics of filial piety,and discusses the negative impact of the decline of filial piety and the weakened family support function on old people's wellbeing. The author proposes that coping with aging challenge should take a more comprehensive view,restructure the filial piety with new components and present values,create the cultural atmosphere for the promotion of the filial piety in the modern context,and make the ethics of filial piety permeate all aspects of life through various ways and other countermeasures.
