摘　　要：作为一个拥有十几亿人口的发展中大国,人口问题始终是制约我国全面协调可持续发展的重大问题,是影响经济社会发展的关键因素。在人口问题上的任何失误,都将对经济社会发展产生难以逆转的长期影响。2015年中国总人口数量达136782万人,65岁以上老龄人口占10%,在我国人口发展战略的规划中,国家全面二孩政策顺应时势、彰显民意,符合人口发展规律,有利于稳定适度低生育水平,有利于促进家庭与社会和谐,有利于促进经济持续健康发展。In less than 50 years,our country has gone through the demographic changes that developed countries have taken a hundred years to make,a miracle of demographic development. As a great developing country having a population of over 1 billion,our country has always been restrained from comprehensively coordinated sustainable development by the issue of population,a serous one,which is a key factor that affects economic and social development.Any mistake in demographic matters will have a long-term effect on economic and social development,which is difficult to reverse. In the plan for our country's demographic development strategy,the two-children policy generally implemented in our country fits the times,indicates public wills,and complies with the law of demographic development,helpful for stabilizing the slightly-low birth rate,in favor of facilitating the harmony between families and societies,and for the good of promoting sustainable and healthy economicdevelopment.
