摘　　要：采用安全风险管理方法,针对大型露天矿用挖掘机在设计、制造、使用、维护过程中存在的设备安全风险进行了全面系统的分析评估,识别设备自身存在的风险因素,针对风险点采用现代设计方法技术提出了合理优化的设计方案,在产品设计中对相关部分进行了改进和完善,取得了预期的效果。This paper analyzes the the safety risks in the large open- air mine excavator in the process of design including manufacture, use and maintenance by safety risk management method to identify risk factors, with the device itself against the risk point design method using modern technology put forward the reasonable optimization of design schemes, in the product design for relevant parts was improved and perfected, the expected results have been achieved.
