摘　　要：本文以广东某核电厂设计基准风速的确定过程为例,通过对不确定因素的深入分析以及校核计算的验证,探讨了设计基准风速确定过程中值得注意的几个常见问题。根据法规对确定核电厂设计基准的相关要求,本文对核电厂设计基准风速确定过程中不确定因素的处理提出了建议,并讨论了相应的取值原则。By the example of the design basis value of wind speeds for a nuclear power plant in Guangdong Province,through the uncertainties analysisand calculation verification,several problems deserving attention during the evaluationprocess of design basis wind speed value are discussed.In accordance with the regulatory requirements ofthe evaluationof nuclear power plant design basis,suggestion of uncertainty handlingduring the evaluation of nuclear power plant design basis wind speedsare made,and the principles during this processare discussed.
