摘 要:在中国转型期特有背景下,针对高技术产业环境,利用中国2000-2012年省际面板数据,通过内生的面板门限回归和固定效应模型等计量方法实证了知识产权保与高技术产业科技绩效间更为复杂的非线性特征,并引入了区域研发创新异质性门槛因素。研究表明:知识产权保护对产业科技绩效存在显著门限效应,知识产权保护强度门槛水平的提高一定程度促进了高技术产业科技绩效的提升,并且过程受限于各地区产业的研发水平差异,突破了简单的U型或倒U型理论框架。另外,中国高技术产业科技绩效影响因素间存在显著的协同作用机制。Under the special background in the transition period of China,for the environment of high-tech industry,and by using the panel threshold regression with endogenous and fixed-effects model based on China's provincial panel data to empirical analyze the complicated nonlinear characteristics between intellectual property protection and technology performance of high-tech industry,and joined the heterogeneity factor of the regional RD innovation level.The research shows that:intellectual property protection has significant threshold effects on technology performance of high-tech industry,improving the threshold level of intellectual property protection enhances the technical performance of high-tech industry on a certain degree and this effect is restricted to the level of industrial technology in various regions,which breaks through the theory framework of U-shaped or poured U-shape.In addition,the synergistic mechanism exists in the influence factors of technology performance of high-tech industry in China.
