摘　　要：为保障高等级公路交通安全,在最短的时间内对路网内后续车辆预警,减少二次事故的发生,文章提出了一种交通事故报警和实时警示系统:当发生交通事故时,事故报警人或发现人可通过自动报警系统报警,本系统通过警示系统向事故地点一定范围内的其他正常行驶车辆发出实时警示信息,通过听觉、视觉来警示来往车辆,避免事故的进一步扩大。This article was described high grade highway traffic accident alert and warning systems in real time. The system puts a design method of traffic accident alerts and real time alerts. When an accident occurs emergency alarm or people nearby can start alarm device through automatic alarm systems. System through the device to the site of the accident near other vehicles within the scope of issuing real-time alerts information. Sys- tem can alarm traffic through the auditory and visual. The practical value of the system is that it can avoid the aggravation of the accident.
