摘 要:以明胶为还原剂和稳定剂,借助低温速冻终止反应技术,一锅式合成了包含银纳米颗粒与银离子的明胶银纳米复合材料,进而将之共价修饰于经氨基化的毛细管内壁,制成对甲醛敏感的功能化毛细管阵列。通过毛细现象自动吸取样品,在碱性环境下,利用银纳米颗粒催化甲醛还原其中银离子,引起银颗粒的增长变色,实现了对水产品中甲醛的灵敏、快速、高通量、可视化的比色检测。Gelatin-silver nanocomposites were synthesized by the one-pot reactions using gelatin as the reductant and stable agent,which was skillfully stopped at a suitable reaction time by quick freezing.The so prepared nanocomposites containing simultaneously silver nanoparticles and silver ions were covalently encapsulated onto the amine-derivatized inner surface of arrayed capillary tubes serving as the functionalized platform for the rapid and high-throughput detection of formaldehyde.The formaldehyde-containing sample solutions were automatically sucked into the capillary tubes by the capillarity.Under the alkaline environment,formaldehyde would reduce silver ions catalyzed by silver nanoparticles in the gelatin-silver nanocomposites,so that the metallic silver could be deposited onto the surface of catalytic silver nanoparticles showing a visual color change.Subsequently,the developed visual colorimetric sensing system was employed to probe formaldehyde in aquatic products with high detection sensitivity.
