摘  要:目的评估稳态压应力对破骨细胞OPG/RANKL表达的影响。方法对破骨细胞分别加载相同应变频率不同加载时间和不同应变频率不同加载时间的稳定压应力,经PCR检测OPG/RANKL的表达差异。结果在稳定压应力下加载时间和频率皆不同时C组(24 h)RANKL具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而稳态压应力下加载时间相同为24 h,加载频率不同A、B、C三组比值与对照组比较OPG、RANKL皆差别不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在稳态压应力作用下可防止骨吸收,促进骨沉积,而动态加载时间和频率尤为明显。Objective To evaluate the effects of steady state compressive stress on osteoclast OPG/RANKL expression. Methods The osteoclasts were loaded with the same strain frequency at different loading time and different strain frequency at the different loading time of the stable compressive stress. And the expression of OPG/RANKL was detected by PCR. Results The RANKL result of group C (24 hours) with different loading time and different strain frequency was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). But there was no statistical significance of OPG and RANKL among the three groups with the same lading time 24 hours and different strain frequency (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The steady state comp sorption and promote bone deposition, and dynamic loading evident.
