微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的术后康复护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨术后康复护理对微创血肿清除术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者的应用效果。方法选择100例微创血肿清除术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者则加施术后康复护理,比较2组患者血肿清除情况、恶化、死亡率、干预前后疾病与康复相关评分、相关不良临床事件发生率与家属护理满意度。结果实验组患者3 d血肿清除率与总体血肿清除率显著高于对照组;关节痉挛与肩手综合征发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者干预后GCS评分与AS评分组间比较均显著性高于对照组,SSS评分、FM评分与ADL评分组间比较均显著性低于对照组;总体相关不良临床事件发生率显著性低于对照组;家属护理满意度显著性优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后康复护理对微创血肿清除术治疗的高血压性脑出血患者的应用效果显著,可提高家属满意度,借鉴意义重大。Objective To explore the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive hematoma evacuation. Methods A total of 100 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive hematoma evacuation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the experimental group applied rehabilitation care. Hematoma removal,deterioration rate and mortality,related score of disease and rehabilitation before and after intervention,the incidence of related clinical adverse events and family nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The3 d hematoma clearance rate and overall hematoma clearance rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of GSS and AS were significantly higher,and the scores of SSS,FM and ADL were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of overall adverse events was significantly lower,and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive hematoma is significant,and it can improve satisfaction of family members.
