综合护理干预对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者心理状态的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者心理状态的影响。方法选择本院接受化疗并符合入选标准的非小细胞肺癌患者108例,按照护理方式的不同,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规的护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上予以加强心理护理措施的综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态。结果 2组患者护理干预前SCL-90评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组干预后较对照组干预后SCL-90各项目评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后的SAS评分以及SDS评分显著低于对照组干预后评分(P<0.05)。结论有效的综合护理干预能够缓解晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状态,改善患者的不良心境,有助于患者积极的配合治疗。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state of chemotherapy patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 108 patients of non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） received chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,the control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the observation group strengthened comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures. The mental state before and after intervention of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in SCL-90 score,SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing intervention（ P 〉0. 05）. The score of SCL-90 in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Effective comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve the patients＇ bad mood and treatment compliance.
