综合护理干预对实施椎体后凸成形术的老年患者的护理效果及并发症预防分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对实施椎体后凸成形术的老年患者的护理效果及并发症预防效果。方法选择本院实施椎体后凸成形术的90例老年患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组患者给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较2组患者的护理效果及并发症预防效果。结果观察组术后疼痛缓解情况显著好于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后各项生活质量指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实施椎体后凸成形术的老年患者给予综合护理干预能够有效提高护理效果,改善患者生活质量,预防并减少术后并发症发生。Objective To evaluate effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of complications for elderly kyphoplasty patients. Methods A total of 90 kyphoplasty elderly patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group,given comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention. Nursing effect and prevention efficacy of complications between two groups were compared. Results Postoperative pain relief condition in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Blood loss,operative time,ambulation time and length of stay in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Quality of life scores was higher,and postoperative complications was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing efficacy,improve quality of life,prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
