循证护理和整体护理在手术室护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析循证护理和整体护理在手术室护理应用中的临床效果和临床价值。方法对本院2014年1月—2015年12月在手术室手术的360例患者的护理效果进行回顾性分析,并分为对照组和观察组,各180例。对照组给予常规的术后护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施循证护理干预和整体护理干预,观察干预前后患者的疼痛评分和舒适评分、心理压力和焦虑情绪、下床时间和住院时间、术后锻炼依从性、患者及其家属的满意度。结果护理后,观察组疼痛评分显著降低,心理状态显著好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后疼痛评分和舒适评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施循证护理干预和整体护理干预可以有效缓解患者的疼痛、心理压力和焦虑情绪,改善患者疼痛状况和舒适度,减少患者术后下床时间和住院时间,提高患者及其家属的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To discuss application effect of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operation room. Methods A total of 360 patients with surgery in the operation room from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with360 patients in each group,treated by evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing and conventional nursing intervention,respectively. Pain score and comfort score,psychological stress and anxiety,bed time and hospital stay,postoperative exercise compliance,satisfaction of patients and their family were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results After nursing,the mental state in observation group was significantly improved and the pain score was reduced（ P 〈0. 05）,and the hospitalized time and postoperative bed time were shorter than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The scores of anxiety and depression of patients in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The comfort score and pain score in observation group were higher than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operation room can effectively relieve psychological pressure and anxiety of the patients,reduce postoperative bed time and hospital stay,improve patients＇ compliance and satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
