复杂性视网膜脱离患者术后疼痛的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨复杂性视网膜脱离患者术后疼痛的护理干预方案。方法选择接受手术治疗的60例复杂性视网膜脱离患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理干预方案分为观察组与对照组各30例,观察组采用舒适护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,对比2组患者的疗效。结果术后第1天,2组VAS疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天、第5天,观察组VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前,2组患者间抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,2组SDS评分、SAS评分均较手术前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。手术前,2组间SF-36生存质量量表的生理健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康的维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,2组的生理健康、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康的维度评分均较手术前显著升高,躯体疼痛评分则较手术前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者各指标评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在复杂性视网膜脱离患者术后实施舒适护理,可显著缓解患者疼痛,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore nursing of postoperative pain patients with complexity retinal detachment. Methods A total of 60 patients with complexity retinal detachment in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） according to nursing intervention, control group was given comfortable nursing and observation group was given comfortable nursing, curative effects of two groups were contrasted. Resuits There was no significant difference in VAS pain scores on the first postoperative day in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but VAS pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than the control group on the third and fifth postoperative day, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） score and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score of two groups showed no statistically significant difference before operation （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and were showed a significant decrease at discharge, and the observation group decreased more （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 Survival Quality Scale in physiological health, physio- logical function, the body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health before operation （P 〉 0.05 ）, but physical health, physiological function and general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health scores of two groups were significantly higher, and body pain scores were significantly decreased at discharge compared with operation before （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with complexity retinal detachment can significantly relieve patients＇pain and improve anxiety and depression, and enhance the quality of survival, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
