摘 要:在鼓泡流化床装置上进行了稻草秸秆成型燃料气化过程中氯的释放规律和CaO脱氯特性实验研究。实验首先考察了反应温度和当量比对稻草秸秆成型燃料气化过程氯析出的影响。从实验结果看出,气化过程中氯析出率随温度和当量比的增加而增大。再加入CaO进行脱氯实验,研究了Ca/Cl摩尔比、反应温度、当量比和CaO粒径等参数对脱氯效率的影响,实验结果表明,脱氯效率随Ca/Cl摩尔比的增大而增大,但当Ca/Cl摩尔比增大到4.73以后,脱氯效率几乎不再变化;在873~1073K范围内,脱氯效率随着反应温度的升高呈先增大后减小的趋势,在923K时脱氯效率达到最大;脱氯效率随当量比的增加而增加,但当量比为0.16和0.18时的脱氯效率基本相同;CaO粒径在0.18~0.27mm范围内,CaO粒径减小脱氯效率仅有小幅增加。The characteristics of chlorine emission and CaO dechlorination during rice straw briquette gasification were investigated in a bubbling fluidized bed. Firstly, the effects of temperature and the fuel-air equivalence ratio (ER) on chlorine emission during biomass gasification were studied. Experimental results showed that the chlorine release rate increased with increasing temperature and ER. Further experiments were performed to evaluate the effects of Ca/C1 molar ratio, temperature, ER and CaO particle size on dechlorination efficiency. The dechlorination efficiency of CaO increased with the increasing of Ca/C1 molar ratio, and the efficiency stabilized at Ca/C1 molar ratio of 4.73. CaO dechlorination efficiency increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of temperature, and it reached the peak value at 923K. CaO dechlorination efficiency gradually increased with the increasing of ER, but the change was not significant when ER is more than 0.16. A slight rising of CaO dechlorination efficiency emerged when the CaO oarticle size decreased,
