葛花解酲汤防治“酒伤病”的研究概况

摘　　要：酒精主要在肝脏代谢,过度饮酒对肝脏、心脏、肾脏等许多脏器都会造成不同程度的损害,而对肝脏的损害首当其冲。李东垣创制的治疗酒伤病的名方-葛花解酲汤,受到历代医家的重视,该方作为解酒良方之一,主要用来治疗酒积伤脾之证。在现代,葛花解酲汤常被用于解酒以及治疗酒精性肝病。文章对葛花解酲汤治疗"酒伤病"的研究进行概括综述,为临床应用提供借鉴。Mainly as a result of alcohol in the liver metabolism, so alcohol on the liver, heart, kidney and other organs can cre- ate many different degree of damage, and bear the brunt of the damage to the liver. Gehua Jiecheng decoction was created by Li Dongyuan wine treatment of injuries in the name of party, since ancient times by ancient physicians attach importance to, mainly used for the treatment of wine product certificate of splenic injury, is regarded as one of the hangover cure, modem people commonly used Ge flower hangover soup hangover, in treatment of alcoholic liver disease. The article summarized on treatment of injuries ＂wine＂ by Gehua Jiecheng Decoction, to provide reference for clinical application.
