如意金黄散外用治疗毒虫咬伤24例

摘　　要：目的:观察如意金黄散外用治疗毒虫咬伤的临床疗效。方法:从我院门诊接诊的毒虫咬伤患者中,选取48例毒虫咬伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。治疗组用如意金黄散水调成糊状外用;对照组用季德胜蛇药片研末水调成糊状外用,观察两组肿胀、疼痛消除的时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为91.67%,对照组愈显率为66.67%,两组愈显率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组肿胀、疼痛消除时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外用治疗毒虫咬伤见效快,疗效可靠,且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ruyijinhuang powder topical treatment of poisonous insect bite. Methods from April 2016 to October 2016 in our hospital outpatient birlane patients, 48 cases selected birlane patients were ran- domly divided into treatment group of 24 cases, 24 cases in the control group, the treatment group was treated with Ruyijinhuang pow- der into a paste for external use ; the control group used Jidesheng antivenornous tablets at the end of the Research of water into a paste for external use, observe the swelling and the pain relief time and clinical effect. Results the curative rate of treatment group was 91.67%, the effective rate of control group was 66. 67%, two groups of rate difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）, and the treatment group swelling and pain elimination time were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Ruyi- jinhuang powder topical treatment birlane quick, effective and reliable, and the operation is simple, it is worthy of clinical application.
