原发性高血压与脂联素、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究原发性高血压与脂联素、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的关系。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月入住我院的原发性高血压患者30例作为研究对象，作为研究组，同时选择健康常规30名，作为常规组，取肘静脉，使用ELISE法观察脂蛋白、脂联素相关磷脂酶A2的浓度及其相关指标。结果研究组患者的脂联素水平显著低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），反之，研究组脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平均明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平以及血清脂联素的之间的关系为负相关。结论原发性高血压与脂联素、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2有着极大的联系。Objective To study the relationship between essential hypertension and adiponectin, lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital 30 cases of hypertensive patients as the research object, as the study group, while 30 healthy routine, as normal group, umbilical venous lipoprotein, observed by using ELISE method, the concentration of adiponectin associated phospholipase A2 and its related indicators.Results The level of adiponectin in patients of the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, on the other hand, the study group of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 levels were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the relationship between lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 and serum adiponectin level in the negative related.Conclusion Essential hypertension is associated with adiponectin and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2.
