循证护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 剖析循证护理在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用价值.方法 选取2014年3月-2016年4月在我院行全膝关节置换术患者90例,将其随机分为常规组与循证组,各45例,常规组予以常规护理,循证组患者应用循证护理,比较两组患者术后疼痛以及护理满意度评分.结果 和常规组比较,循证组患者术后疼痛评分低,患者护理满意度评分高,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）.结论 在全膝关节置换术围手术期护理中应用循证护理,效果显著,值得推荐应用.Objective Analysis of the Application of Evidence - based Nursing in Perioperative Nursing Care of Total Knee Arthroplasty. Methods 90 cases of total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into the conventional group and the evidence-based group, the 45 cases, the routine group to routine care, evidence-based patients with evidence-based care, compared the two groups of patients with postoperative pain scores and nursing satisfaction Happening. Results Compared with normal group, evidence-based group of patients with postoperative pain score is low, high patient care satisfaction score （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the total knee arthroplasty perioperative nursing care in the application of evidence-based care, the effect is significant, recommended application.
