血清前降钙素对儿科脓毒症的早期诊断作用

摘　　要：目的关于血清前降钙素在儿科脓毒症早期诊断中应用价值的评价分析。方法选取2015@2月～11月我院儿童重症监护病房的患）L43例作为研究对象，vRACCP／SCM会议诊断标准为分组依据，将纳入病例分为脓毒症组、非感染组、病毒感染组，测定入院患儿血清降钙素原、体温、CRP、外周白细胞计数。结果与非感染组与病毒感染组患儿相比，脓毒症组患儿血清前降钙素水平偏高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清降钙素原是脓毒症早期诊断的一项重要参考指标，临床价值意义重大。Objective To analyze the evaluation of serum procalcitonin in early diagnosis of pediatric sepsis. Methods 43 cases of children from 2-11 months of 2015 in our hospital pediatric intensive care unit as the research object, with the diagnostic standard of ACCP/SCM will be included in the conference was divided into two groups based on disease were divided into sepsis group and the non infection group, virus infection group, determination of procalcitonin, body temperature, serum CRP patients, peripheral white blood cell count.Results Compared with non infected group and viral infection group, sepsis group serum procalcitonin levels （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum calcitonin the original is sepsis An important referenace index for early diagnosis of the disease is of great significance.
