烧伤外用药物治疗儿童深Ⅱ度创面的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤创面采取外用药物治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月-2016年9月收治的儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤创面患儿40例作为研究对象，随机数表法分两组，各20例。对照组患儿采取磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗，研究组患儿在对照组基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（rhEGF）治疗，观察记录两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率，并对比分析。结果研究组总有效率为100．0％，显著高于对照组80．0％；差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。，研究组创面愈合时间与并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论．磺胺嘧啶银霜联合rhEGF治疗儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤创面不仅可以提高疗效，而且可以缩短愈合时间，减少并发症发生，值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of topical medications on deep second degree burn wounds in children.Methods Forty children with deep second degree burn wounds in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomized into 20 groups.The patients in the study group were treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel （rhEGF） on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,wound healing time,complication rate,And comparative analysis.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.0%（P〈0.05）.The wound healing time and complication rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of silver sulfadiazine and rhEGF in the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds in children can not only improve the curative effect,but also can shorten the healing time and reduce the complication,which is worth learning from.
