血府逐瘀汤、血小板去除术联合α-IFN治疗ET临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤、血小板去除术联合α-干扰素(α-IFN)治疗原发性血小板增多症(ET)疗效。方法将93例ET患者随机分为3组,各31例,其中治疗1组给予血府逐瘀汤加减、血小板去除术联合α-干扰素,治疗2组给予血小板去除术联合α-干扰素,对照组给予α-干扰素,均治疗1个月,观察比较3组疗效。结果治疗1组的治疗起效时间(1.7±0.6)d,治疗2组起效时间(1.6±0.5)d,对照组起效时间(3.9±0.5)d,对照组的起效时间显著慢于其他两组(P<0.05)。治疗1组总有效率为93.5%,治疗2组为90.3%,对照组为67.7%,前两组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血小板去除术联合α-干扰素治疗ET临床疗效明显,具有重要的临床价值,加用血府逐瘀汤后疗效无显著改变。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and platelet removal combined with interferon alpha （α-IFN）in the treatment of primary thrombocytopenia.Methods The patients who were diagnosed as primary thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into three groups. The patients in group 1 received platelet removal therapy and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with interferon-α. The ones in group 2 were treated with platelet removal therapy combined with interferon-α. Only interferon-α was given to ones in group 3 （the control group）. The course of treatment of three groups was one month and the therapeutic effects were compared among three groups.Results The treatment onset time was（1.7±0.6）d in groups 1,（1.6±0.5）d in groups 2 and （3.9±0.5）d in the control group, the treatment onset time in the control group was significantly slower than the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rates were 93.5%, 90.3% and 67.7% in groups 1, groups 2 and the control group, respectively. The effective rates of groups 1 and groups 2 were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effects of platelet removal combined with interferon alpha on primary thrombocytopenia is obvious; and the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can not improve the curative effects.
