摘 要:采用物理发泡方式制备了不同密度等级泡沫混凝土,研究了泡沫混凝土经高温热处理后的性能和结构演化。结果表明:随热处理温度提高,各密度泡沫混凝土的质量损失增加、抗压强度降低、吸水率增加,且均在800℃时趋于一致。密度等级对高温热处理后的泡沫混凝土性能影响较为明显。在400℃以前,300~400kg/m^3密度等级的泡沫混凝土质量和抗压强度损失更大,吸水率增加更多;在600℃温度处理后,各密度等级的泡沫混凝土基本性能均出现明显下降;在800℃时,各密度等级泡沫混凝土基本性能趋于一致,质量损失为20%左右,质量吸水率为65%~70%,基本丧失抗压强度。Foam concrete with different density was prepared, the properties and structural evolution of foam concrete after high temperature heat treatment were studied. The results showed that the mass loss increases, the compressive strength decreases, the water absorption increases with the increasing of heat treatment temperature and all these tend to be consistent at 800℃. The effect of different density on the performance of foam concrete after high temperature heat treatment is obvious. The mass loss and water absorption increase higher, the compressive strength decrease higher when the density of foam concrete is 300-400kg/m^3 under 400℃. The basic performance of different density of foam concrete decrease obviously when the heat treatment temperature is 600℃. All these basic performance tend to be consistent at 800℃, the mass lose is 20%, water absorption is 65%-70% and the compressive strength is almost zero.
