喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察。方法选取我院儿科2016年1月～9月的手足口病患儿336例，将其分为对照组和研究组，各168例。研究组使用喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷，对照组使用单一喜炎平，并对比两组的治疗总有效、临床症状改善、并发症和用药安全性，分析联合用药的优势。结果研究组治疗总有效为90．48％，优于对照组的81．55％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组体内IgA和IgG平均含量水平为（1．20±0．42）g／L和（14．01±5．77）g/L，高于对照组的（1．01±0．23）g/L和（12．01±4．12）g／L，研究组IgM水平（1．02±0．24）g/L，低于对照组的（1．29±0．48）g/L，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组口腔疱疹和溃疡愈合所需时间分别为（2．5±0．5）天和（2．0±O．3）天，均少于对照组的（3．6±0．5）天和（3．1±0．4）天，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论喜炎平联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病疗效好，缩短改善症状所需时间，且无严重不良反应，该联合用药方案值得在小儿手足口病的治疗中推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping combined with adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of 168 children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 336 cases of hand foot mouth disease in our hospital from September to January 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the research group, 168 cases in each group. The study group use Xiyanping combined with Ara-Amp, the control group using a single Xiyanping, and compared the two groups of the total effective treatment and improvement of clinical symptoms, complications and medication safety, analysis of the combination advantage. Results The study group total effective treatment is 90.48%, better than 81.55% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the study group in IgA and IgG average levels （1.20±0.42） g/L and （14.01±5.77） g/L, the control group was higher than that of （1.01±0.23） g/L and （12.01±4.12） the level of g/L, IgM research group （1.02±0.24） g/L, lower than that of the control group （1.29±0.48） g/L, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; group of oral herpes and ulcer healing time was （2.5±0.5） days and （2±0.3） days, were less than the control group the （3.6±0.5） days and （3.1±0.4） days, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping combined with arabinosyladenosine monophosphate in the treatment of pediatric hand, foot and mouth disease faster than a single effective drug efficacy, shorten the time to improve symptoms, and no serious adverse reactions, the combination of drug programs worthy of pediatric hand, foot and mouth Disease treatment in the promotion and application.
