彩超诊断心尖肥厚性心肌病的价值

摘　　要：目的研究彩色超声对肥厚性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的心尖肥厚性心肌炎患者32例为研究组,并选取同期我院行健康体检的身体健康人士30名为对照组,比较两组的超声特点。结果研究组左心室心肌心尖部厚度(12.06±1.42)mm,左心室心尖部与后壁心肌厚度比值(1.65±0.29),收缩末期左室心尖部收缩面积(3.48±1.39)cm^2,心肌心尖部增厚率(76.48±6.37)%,E/A数值(0.61±0.29),和对照组(7.98±1.31)mm、1.09±0.14、(4.43±1.03)cm^2、(56.58±6.59)%、1.19±0.26比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左室心肌后壁厚度、左心室射血分数和左心房内径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩超能够清淅显示心尖肥厚性心肌病的病理特征,具有安全无创伤,操作简便的特点,对心尖肥厚性心肌病有比较高的临床实用价值。Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of hypertrophic myocarditis. Methods Select January 2012 - 2013 12 months in our hospital from apical hypertrophic myocarditis patients 32 cases as study group,and in the same time,select health people in our hospital for health examination 30 cases as control group,compared with two groups of sonographic features. Results In study group of left ventricular apical myocardial thickness 12.06 1.42mm.Left ventricular apical and myocardial wall thickness ratio of 1.65 0.29,end systolic left ventricular systolic area of 3.48 1.39cm^2,apicat myocardial thickening rate 76.48 6.37%,E/a numerical 0.61 0.29,and the control group of 798 1.3 1mm, 1.09 0.14,4.43 1.03cm^2,56.58 6.59%,0.26 1.19 comparison,difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）,left ventricular posterior wall myocardial thickness,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF and left atrial diameter compared the difference between the two groups no significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly display the pathological characteristics of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and has the advantages of simple operation,without a safety, of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with high value in clinical application.
