“两高期”老干部针对性、预见性护理体会及对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究＂两高期＂老干部针对性、预见性护理对策以及对护理质量的影响.方法 选取2015年10月-2016年10月在我诊疗中心接受诊疗及体检的共328例＂两高期＂老干部,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各164例.对照组采取常规临床护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上联合针对性护理对策.记录＂两高期＂老干部健康状况,借助FLIC生活质量表对老干部的生存质量进行评价分析,比较健康知识达标率、护理满意率的差异,综合评价护理对策对护理质量的影响.结果 所有研究对象均患有疾病,患病种类多,慢性病及多病共存现象严重.以心脑血管病和代谢性疾病为主,其次为消化道疾病、慢性阻塞性肺病.观察组生存质量指标躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能、社会功能得分分别为（46.02±5.18）分、（57.43±4.24）分、（61.56±7.91）分、（62.73±5.83）分别,各指标分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组、对照组患者护理满意率分别为100%、72.5%,健康知识达标率分别为92.5%、32.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 ＂两高期＂老干部健康情况较差,普遍存在慢性病.通过针对性和预见性的护理,生存质量显著改善,且显著提高＂两高期＂老干部的护理满意率和健康知识达标率.Objective To explore the ＂two high＂ old cadres targeted, foreseeing nursing measures and influence on the quality of nursing care. Methods A total of 328 cases of ＂two phase＂ from October 2015 -2016 year in October to accept the diagnosis and medical treatment center in my old cadres, were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group： 164 cases; on the basis of conventional nursing combined with targeted nursing measures, 164 cases. The health records of ＂two＂ old cadres, with the help of FLIC life quality scale to evaluate the quality of life of old cadres analysis, differences between the health knowledge rate, nursing satisfaction rate, comprehensive evaluation of effects of nursing measures on nursing quality. Results All subjects were suffering from the disease, type of disease, chronic disease and sick coexistence phenomenon is serious. Cardiovascular diseases and metabolic diseases, followed by gastrointestinal diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The observation group quality of life index and physical function, mental function, physical function and social function scores were 46.02 ＋ 5.18, 57.43 ＋ 4.24, 61.56 ＋ 7.91, 62.73 ＋ 5.83, each index scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statisticaUy significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group and control group were 100% and 72.5% respectively. The standard rate of health knowledge was 92.5 and 32.5 respectively, and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The ＂two high＂ old cadres in poor health conditions, common chronic diseases. Through targeted and predictable care, quality of life improved significantly, and increase the ＂two high＂ old cadres satisfaction rate and compliance rate of health knowledge.
