右美托咪定应用于90例子宫切除术患者的血流动力学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定在子宫切除术患者中使用对其血流动力学的影响。方法本次研究对象来源于我院妇科2015年10月-2016年10月收治的子宫切除术患者90例，随机分成两组，其中对照组（n=45）术中应用等容量生理盐水，观察组（n=45）应用右美托咪定，比较两组血流动力学改变情况。结果观察组观察组T1—3时刻HR、MAP与T0时刻对比P〉0．05，且观察组T1、T2时刻HR与MAP明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论右美托咪定在子宫切除术患者中应用可稳定其血流动力学，值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on hysterectomy effects on hemodynamics of patients. 90 patients with resection of the study from the gynecology department of our hospital in October 2015-2016 year in October from the uterus, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n = 45）with saline in operation the observation group （n = 45）application of dexmedetomidine, compared between the two groups. The hemodynamic results in the observation group, the observation group at T1 - 3 HR, MAP and T0 time compared with P〉0. 05, and the observation group T1, T2 HR and MAP was significantly lower than that of the moment Control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion dexmedetomidine resection can stabilize its hemodynamics in patients with uterine surgery, it is worthy of promotion.
