摘  要:煤层气定向井在压裂过程中易发生裂缝转向的问题,从而导致施工压力过高,增产效果不理想,因此压裂工艺亟待改善。本文结合沁水盆地南部储层地质特征和实际压裂改造资料,通过大量数据的统计和分析,总结出煤层气定向井的压裂施工特征,并对施工压力高等特征进行分析,提出优化射孔、增大前置液量、阶梯变排量和低砂比携砂等几种措施。该研究经过沁水盆地南部工程试验论证,提出的优化方法科学有效,具有很好的推广应用价值。Fracture turning usually appears in the fracturing process of CBM directional well,which causes high pressure of surface construction and poor stimulation effects.Therefore,such fracturing technology needs to be improved urgently.Based on the geological features of coal reservoirs and fracturing data in South Qinshui Basin,and through the data statistic and analysis,this paper summarizes the typical features of fracturing in CBM directional well,analyzes the features such as high pressure in construction,and proposed several measurements for process optimization,including optimized perforation,increasing the volume of pad fluid,stepped delivery rate,low proppant concentration and so on These optimized measurements are proved to be scientific and effective according the result of engineering tests in South Qinshui Basin,and having good practical application value.
