摘 要:倍捻工序呢面疵点包括强捻纱、弱捻纱、无捻纱、捻不匀大的毛纱、强力低的毛纱、毛羽多的毛纱以及小辫子纱等7种,针对这7种疵点从操作方法的规范性、工艺参数的合理性以及设备单锭状态的完好性3个方面分析讨论产生疵点的原因以及相应的处理方法。经过综合分析和处理基本杜绝了这7类疵点的产生,从而减少了因该类呢面疵点而引起的产品质量降等。This article mainly detailed analyses the multiple woollen cloth feedback defects which may be produced during double twisting stage. These defects mainly have following forms: strong twisted yarn, soft twisted yarn, untwisted yarn, large twisted irregularity yarn, low strength yarn, much fibrous yarn and small braided yarn, etc. Regarding these seven kinds of defective cloth, possible causes and potential approaches are presented through the standardization of operation, the reasonableness of process parameters and the status of spindle equipment. Through a comprehensive analysis and scientific treatment to these defects, occurrence of defects would be reduced or even eliminated, resulting to decrease the quality degrading possibilities due to these actions.
