摘  要:由于活性染料B-GFF含有乙烯砜和一氯均三嗪双官能团,能与蛋白纤维发生亲核取代或亲核加成的化学反应,因此,可采用该染料对人发进行染色;探讨染液p H值、染色温度、染色时间等因素对上染百分率、K/S值的影响。结果表明,活性染料黑B-GFF对人发染色时,最佳染色工艺条件为染液p H值在弱酸性接近中性条件下,头发的上染百分率较好,上染百分率在68%左右;染色温度在90℃以上时,头发的上染百分率较好,且92℃时K/S值最高;染色之前,经过10%的氨水对人发进行前处理后,比温水处理和不经前处理的上染百分率明显提高。因此,活性染料用于人发染色是可行的。Reactive dye B-GFF contains monochlorotriazinyl/vinylsulphonyl bifunctional functional groups which are easy to take place nucleophilic addition and nucleophilic substitution with protein fiber. So, B-GFF reactive dye was adopted to dye human hair, and the effects of pH value, dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing percentage and K/S value were discussed. The results showed that: when using reactive dye B-GFF to dye human hair, the proper pH value was weak acid near to neutral, the dyeing percentage can reach up to 68%. When the dyeing temperature was above 90 ℃ , the dyeing percentage can be improved, the pH value reached a maximum at 92 ℃. After treated in 10% ammonia, the dyeing percentage can be improved more than warm water treated and untreated. Therefore, reactive dyes used in human hair dyeing was feasible.
