摘  要:以壳聚糖(CS)、瓜尔胶(GG)、甘油和硼酸为原料,制备了硼酸化柔性抗菌海绵(B-GG/CS海绵),用红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对B-GG/CS海绵进行了表征。通过研究CS和GG的配比、甘油用量、硼酸加量等因素,确定了制备B-GG/CS海绵的最佳工艺。研究表明,CS和GG的配比为6∶4(CS和GG浓度均为2%),甘油用量为2%,硼酸加量为0.5%,冷冻干燥20 h时,B-GG/CS海绵的柔软度为322o,吸水率达1674%,保水率为903%,水蒸气透过率为60.99%。B-GG/CS海绵对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌均有良好的抗菌性,抑菌带宽度分别为5.5 mm和2.9 mm。Borated flexible and antibacterial sponge (B-GG/CS sponge) was prepared with chitosan (CS), guar gum (GG), glycerol and boric acid as main materials. B-GG/CS sponge was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). By researching the proportion of CS and GG, amount of glycerol, amount of boric acid and other factors which affected the performances of B-GG/CS sponge, the best process for preparing B-GG/CS sponge was determined. Results showed that when CS:GG was 6 : 4 (CS and GG solution both at 2% concentration), the amount of glycerol was 2%, the amount of boric acid was 0.5%, after 20h freeze-drying, the flexibility index was 322°, water absorption was 1674%, water retentivity was 903% and water vapor permeability was 60.99%. Inhibition zones of B-GG/CS sponge against E.coli and S.aureus reached 5.5mm and 2.9mm respectively, indicating good antibacterial property.
