摘　　要：基于比例闭环控制原理,研究比例阀对夹具中压力的控制过程以及在实验室对夹具控制系统进行整体调试并运行正常后达到的夹具压力精度。实验结果表明:在所测试的25~150 k N的压力范围内,夹具的设定压力值与实际压力值误差小于2%。可见,夹具压力控制系统具有较高的精度,完全满足工程要求。Based on the principle of proportional closed- loop control, process control of proportional valve and pressure on the fixture in the laboratory of fixture control system is debugged and the normal operation of fixture pressure accuracy reached after. The experimental results show that in the range of pressure testing by the 25-150 k N,the set pressure value of fixture error is less than 2%. and the actual visible pressure fixture pressure control system has high precision, fully meet the requirements of the project.
