摘  要:东乡野生稻是迄今为止世界上耐冷性最强的稻种资源之一,研究耐冷性遗传特征,挖掘耐冷基因,对把耐冷优良特性应用到水稻育种中具有重要意义。本研究结合前人对东乡野生稻耐冷性定位结果,以东乡野生稻为供体亲本,协青早B(XQZB)为受体亲本,结合分子标记,回交构建近等基因系,再用耐冷近等基因系与协青早B杂交加自交,得到F2群体作为试验材料,对耐冷主效QTL-qCT10进行分离鉴定。最后把qCT10界定在第10染色体分子标记In Del10-9与InDel10-22间224.5 kb范围内,是一个新主效耐冷QTL。研究结果有助于进一步探明东乡野生稻强耐冷性遗传机制,为培育强耐冷水稻品种打下基础。Dongxiang wild rice is one of the strongest cold tolerance rice resources in the world to this day, study the genetic characteristics and mapping gene of the cold tolerance, which is significant for the cold tolerance characteristic applying in the rice breeding. In the study, Dongxiang wild rice as the donor parent and Xieqingzao(XQZB) as the receptor parent, with molecular markers, near isogenic line(NIL) had been built by backcross on the base of previous mapping results of cold tolerance for Dongxiang wild rice. The F2 population by hybridization and selfing from cold tolerance NIL with XQZB as this test material, the main effect QTL-qCT10 associated with cold tolerance has been identificated. The candidate genomic region of qCT10 between In Del10-9 and In Del10-22 spans 224.5 kb in the chromosome 10, and it is a new QTL of cold tolerance in rice. The result will be helpful for understanding the genetic mechanisms of strong cold tolerance with Dongxiang wild rice, and lays the foundation for strong cold tolerance rice breeding.
