摘 要:为实现超临界压力下航空煤油RP-3的动力黏度测量,在原双毛细管黏度计对比计算法基础上,采用等流量法并引入离心力修正系数对测试段毛细管压降进行修正,测量压力可达10MPa,测量温度范围提高至306.6~673.4K。等流量法根据上下游毛细管质量流量相等,通过测试流体在上下游毛细管中的压降关系及下游测试段毛细管热膨胀系数推算出该流体动力黏度。该方法简便可靠,在所测温度范围内的相对标准不确定度为1.16%~2.92%。通过纯物质十二烷及质量比为1∶1的正辛烷正庚烷二元混合物对等流量法进行标定,试验结果与文献值的相对偏差在±2.18%以内,相对偏差绝对平均值小于0.74%。在压力为3、4、5 MPa,温度为306.6~673.5K的条件下,采用该方法测量了航空煤油RP-3的动力黏度。该方法的应用可为进一步提高超临界航空煤油动力黏度的测量温度范围创造条件。To measure the viscosity of the aviation kerosene RP-3, this paper proposed a new flow meter based on the double-capillary viscometer with the comparison calculation and the centrifugal effect due to coiling of the capillary being considered to revise the pressure drop of tested capillary. This calculation was applied to the measurement of viscosities of aviation kerosene at supercritical pressures up to 10 MPa and temperatures from 306.6 K to 673.5 K. The viscosity of the tested fluid is deduced through the measured relationship of the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream capillaries and the thermal expansion of the downstream capillary. The relative standard uncertainty of dynamic viscosity measurement is identified as 1.16^-2.92~ within this paper's measuring range of temperatures. The n-dodecane and the binary mixtures of n-octane and n-heptane with a mass ratio of 1:1 were tested. The results showed a relative deviation within ±2.18% and an absolute average relative deviation below 0.74%. The viscosity of aviation kerosene RP-3 was measured on the basis of the calibration experiments at the pressures of 3, 4 and 5 MPa and the temperatures from 306.6 K to 673.5 K.The method can be further extended for a larger temperature measurement range of the dynamic viscosity of aviation kerosene under supercritical pressures.
