摘  要:本文对某300MW燃煤锅炉运行中排烟温度异常偏高的原因进行了分析,认为入炉煤煤质变化、受热面积灰、炉膛漏风偏大、一次风率偏高、烟温测量误差等因素是导致本工程排烟温度偏高的主要原因。在详细分析的基础上,针对上述原因提出了修正排烟温度显示值、适当提高磨煤机出口温度、降低一次风率、修改现行吹灰策略、减少炉膛漏风等调整措施。The paper analyzed the reasons of high exhaust temperature of a 300MW coal-fired boiler. The coal quality changes, ash flouling of heating surface, high air leakage of furnace, high primary-air flow rate and the measuring errors of flue-gas temperature, which were considered as the major factors ,resulted in exhaust temperature raised. Based on detailed analysis, the paper putted forward some adjustment measures which included correcting the show value of exhaust temperature, properly raising mill outlet temperature, reducing primary-air flow rate, modifying the way of soot-blowing and reducing the air leakage of furnace.
