摘 要:为提高游梁式抽油机驴头销装配可靠性,建模分析了位置偏差对装配性质的影响。指出,用尺寸偏差代偿位置偏差完成装配属于非刚性连接。阐述了非刚性连接加载后,驴头变形会使销与孔产生相对摩擦运动,进而产生形状偏差而椭圆化,引发非连续性旷动,影响抽油机安全平稳运行,最后给出了两种有效提高装配可靠性的方法。In order to improve the assembly reliability of the horsehead pin of beam oil pumping unit, the influence of position deviation on the assembly performance was analyzed by modeling. It is pointed out that to compensate the position deviation by dimension deviation is a non rigid connection. It is expounded that after loading, the non rigid connection will lead to the relative movement between pin and hole, and then produces the shape deviation and makes the circular hole become elliptical hole, which results in non continuous shaking and affects the smooth and safe running of the oil pumping unit. Finally, two methods to improve the assembly reliability of the horsehead pin are proposed.
