摘　　要：为有效地保护卢氏鸡这一优良家禽遗传资源,并为其开发利用提供参考,介绍了卢氏鸡的特征特性;从原有的生物特性发生改变,保种场存在其他鸡种群,存在疾病垂直传播威胁等方面分析了保种存在的问题;从制定卢氏鸡保种与开发方案,鼓励企业投资开发、以促进保种,划定保种区、开展本品种选育,加强种质资源的疫病防控等方面提出了卢氏鸡保种与开发利用的对策。In order to effectively protect the excellent poultry genetic resources of Lushl Chicken and provide references for its conservation and development, the authors introduced the characteristics of Lushi Chicken, and analyzed the problems of preservation from the following aspects： original biological characteristics changing of Lushi Chicken, other chicken populations existing in the preservation field and the threatening of vertical disease transmission. Then the corresponding countermeasures for preservation, development and utilization of Lushi Chicken were proposed from the following aspects： Developing of Lushi Chicken conservation and development programs, encouraging enterprises to invest in promoting conservation, designating conservation area, carrying out the breeding of this species, strengthening the prevention and control of epidemic diseases of germplasm resources.
