摘　　要：目的:建立薏仁合剂中芍药苷含量测定的HPLC。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),采用乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(16∶84)作为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷在45.4~453.5μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.68%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确,精密度高,可用于控制薏仁合剂的质量。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination content of paeoniflorin in Yiren mixture.Methods：Kromasil C18column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（16∶84）was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and UV detection wawelength was at 230 nm.Results：The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 45.4~453.5μg/ml（r=0.999 6）and average recovery was 99.1%,RSD was 0.68%.Conclusion：The method is simple,convenient,accurate,and can be used for qulity control of Yiren mixture.
