摘 要:针对核设施退役工程中放射性密封容器的切割解体需求,研制了一套密封容器自动切割装置。根据密封容器结构特点和开盖解体工艺方案,确定了装置的设计指标,采用高度集成模块化设计、防绕线气路系统以及差速运动等关键技术,完成了切割装置的总体结构和各功能模块设计,并制造形成样机。通过模拟切割试验得到了装置的正常运行参数和适用于密封容器的最佳切割参数,也验证了装置的使用性能完全满足设计指标要求,有效解决了密封容器远程自动切割问题。A set of automatic cutting device was developed in the study for the cutting and dismantling of radioactive wastes sealed containers from the nuclear facilities decommissioning project. According to the structural characteristics of the sealed container and the disassembly process plan of the cover open, the design specifications of the device were determined. The key technologies, such as highly integrated modular design, anti- winding air system, and differential movement, were adopted to complete the design of the overall structure and various functional modules of the cutting device, and a prototype device was manufactured finally. The normal operation pa- rameters and the optimal cutting parameters suitable for the sealed container were obtained by simulating the cutting test, which also verified that the cutting device satisfied the design requirements and effectively solved the problem of remote automatic cutting of the sealed container.
