摘　　要：随着现代农业技术的广泛应用和农产品市场体系的建立,黑龙江省农业生产结构性问题开始出现,农民卖粮难问题日益突出,农业发展中的主要问题已经从生产领域转移到流通领域。农产品流通是一个复杂的体系,包括多个子系统,需要从农产品流通环境、流通客体、流通载体、流通模式等几个方面建构黑龙江省现代农产品流通体系。Along with the wide application of modern agrieuhural technology and the establishment of the market system of agricul- tural products, structural problems in agrieuhural production in Heilongjiang province begin to appear. The difficulty in the sales of corn is becoming increasingly prominent. The main problems in the agricultural development have transferred from production to circu- lation. The circulation of agrieuhural products is a complex system with multiple subsystems including agrieuhural product circulation environment, circulation of the object, circulation carrier object, and circulation mode in order to establish the system of circulation in Heilongjiang.
