摘　　要：近年来,明星真人秀节目不断涌现,其中,以《奔跑吧兄弟》和《挑战极限》为代表的挑战类真人秀节目形成新的收视热点,实现了娱乐性与教育性的统一,寓教于乐,让观众既收获了中国传统文化知识,也体验到了单纯的运动快乐,这些挑战类节目对于传播社会主流意识,弘扬社会主义核心价值观具有重要的教育意义。Recently, the star reality TV appears often. As the reality TV representation, Running Man and the ultimate test become the hot spot in televiewing. These shows combine the entertainment and the education, which make the audience learn the Chinese traditional culture and enjoy the pleasure of sports. At the same time, the TV show also spreads the main social ideology and promotes the core socialist value.
