摘　　要：以福州20世纪建筑遗产的典型代表——福州华侨新村为例,通过梳理历史沿革及基本现状,从历史价值、社会文化价值、建筑类型完整性价值、城市风貌多样性价值等角度进行剖析,充分展示了福州华侨新村建筑遗产所具有的多重保护价值。分析现有建筑在自主更新及使用上所出现的问题,对其提出相应的保护策略及建议。Taking the typical represen- tative of architectural heritage in the 20th century - Fuzhou Huaqiao new village as an example, through summarizing the historical evolution and basic present situation, from the historical, social and cultural value, the value of architecture genre＇s integrity, the value of urban style diversity, fully demonstrates the multiple protection value of Fuzhou Huaqiao new village architectural heritage.Analysis ofexisting problems in independent renovation and use of existing buildings, and put forward corresponding protection strategies and suggestions.
