摘 要:为了寻求最佳的多糖提取工艺,分别采用水提法、碱提取法、复合酶提取法3种方法对影响金顶侧耳(Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.)菌菇多糖提取的4个因素(温度、时间、液固比和乙醇用量)进行比较分析。结果表明,复合酶提取法的多糖提取率最高,并且耗时耗能最少,碱提取法的多糖提取率其次,水提法的提取率最低,并且耗时耗能最多。从工业成本上考虑,碱提取法投入生产的可行性更高。To optimize polysaccharide extraction technology, the influence of temperature, time, the ratio liquid to solid and the volume of ethanol on the Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing. polysaccharide extraction were researched through comparing the methods of the water extraction, the alkali extraction and the enzymatic extraction. The compound enzyme extraction attained the highest rate of the extraction, which cost the least time and energy. The alkali extraction attained the second higher rate and the water extraction attain the lowest one. According to the industrial cost, the alkali extraction was preferable to the polysaccharide extraction.
