摘 要:安塞油田地形复杂、相对高差较大,地层低渗低产、土质具有湿陷性,井组出油管线距离长,冬季气温低,原油凝固点高,这些均是安塞油田井组高回压的主要原因。安塞油田实施水套炉加热、电加热、黄夹克保温、走向优化、管线插输、大管径串管集油和油气混输等优化措施,有效减少冬季高回压井组数量;实施管线投球、水力顶替、热洗清蜡、机械清垢等治理措施,确保冬季高回压井组正常生产。An-sai Oilfield has the characteristics of more complex terrain, greater relative elevation difference, lower reservoir permeability and lower formation productivity, collapsibility loess, longer well groups pipelines,lower winter temperature and higher crude oil solidification point,which cause high back pressure of An-sai oilfield wells. By applying some optimization measures such as the water jacket heating, electric heating, yellow jacket insulation, pipeline route optimization, pipeline insert pipeline, large diameter pipe tandem connection and oil-gas mixing transportation, the number of high back pressure well groups in winter is effectively reduced. And by applying some pipeline treatment measures such as pitch rubber ball,hydraulic shock and replacement,thermal washing and paraffin removal and mechanical de-scaling, the normal production of high back pressure well groups in winter can be enswred.
