北京市优良观赏彩色苗木高接快繁技术研究

摘　　要：为了促进观赏苗木高接快繁的生产、示范及推广,用综合评价法选出了15种优良观赏彩色苗木,对其进行了砧木搭配及嫁接方法试验,用不同来源的砧木进行了嫁接成活试验,嫁接后进行精心养护管理。结果表明:15种优良观赏彩色苗木,在1~2a内,经过高接快繁后,长势良好,能适应北京房山和海淀2个地区的土壤及气候条件,色彩鲜艳,驻色期长,四季有景,常年有彩,苗木规格大,可直接用于园林绿化工程,共繁殖苗木4 070棵。In order to promote the production,demonstration and popularization of high ornamental seedlings propagation,using the comprehensive evaluation method to select 15 excellent ornamental color seedlings,rootstock collocation and grafting methods of grafting were studied,with different sources of rootstock,grafting after careful maintenance management.The results showed that the 15 kinds of ornamental color seedlings,with1~2a,after high micropropagation,growing well,which adapt to the soil and climate conditions of the Beijing Fangshan and Haidian Districts,they had bright color,color for long period,perennial color,seedlings specifications was big,which can be used directly for landscape engineering,total 4 070 seedlings.
