摘 要:为促进新疆盐碱地区红果小檗的规模化培育及开发利用,以红果小檗种子为试验材料,研究不同盐分浓度(0%(对照)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%)的NaCl、Na_2SO_4和Na_2CO_3对种子萌发胁迫的作用。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增加,红果小檗种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数逐渐降低、相对盐害率逐渐增高,所表现的抑制作用为Na_2CO_3>NaCl>Na_2SO_4。低盐条件对红果小檗种子的发芽率没有明显影响,红果小檗种子在萌发期对低盐有较强的耐受性,能适应含盐量0.6%以下的中性盐土壤条件。高浓度的Na_2CO_3对种子萌发的抑制尤为明显,很难生长在含盐量超过0.2%的碱性土壤环境。In order to improve the large-scale cultivation and the development and utilization of Berberis nummularia for Xinjiang saline areas,Berberis nummularia seeds was used to test the stress with seven gradients(0%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)of salt concentrations on seed germination and the effect on NaCl,Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 were explored.The results showed that with the increasing of salinity,all the genmination,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index were decreased.Salt injury rate increased with the increase of salt concentration.The inhibition of performance was as follows:Na2CO3 〉NaCl〉Na2SO4.Low salt stress had no significant difference with contrast,it suggested that Berberis nummularia seed germination had strong tolerance to low salt.It could adapt to salinity 0.6% or less neutral salt soil conditions.High concentration of Na2CO3 especially showed high inhibition,it’s difficult to grow in more than0.2% salt concerntration alkaline soil environment.
