摘　　要：总结了国内外道路客运服务的发展及研究现状;分析了我国道路客运当前的发展形势和面临的挑战;从出行服务、品牌服务和跨界服务三个角度概述了当前国内道路客运企业提供的客运服务;并根据我国道路客运服务实际情况,对道路客运服务未来的发展方向进行了探析,以期对道路客运服务的优化和创新发展提供有益的指导。In this paper, we summarized the current status of the researches on the roadway passenger transport services both in China and abroad and analyzed the current situation and encountered challenge of the roadway passenger transport industry in China. Then from the angles of travel service, brand service and cross-sector service, we introduced the current passenger transport services provided by the Chinese roadway passenger carrier enterprises and then discussed the future development direction for the roadway passenger transport industry.
