摘　　要：物流产业的良性发展建立在相关法律体系的完善之上。通过梳理现存的我国物流产业法律体系,发现我国物流产业发展中的相关问题,并基于创新视角进行法律体系的完善和专业化物流法律的建立,从而进一步推动我国物流产业的良性发展。In this paper, through observing the development status of the logistics industry, we went over the current legal system of the Chinese logistics industry, discussed the existing problems and then from the angle of innovation, proposed the improvement of the legal system and the establishment of specialized logistics laws.
